Project Details

6800m2 composite car park deck replaced with RC deck
Works phased to enable store to continue trading throughout
Works phased to retain as much live car parking as possible throughout, at both ground and first floor level
Temporary works support to existing structure
100% of existing foundations totally deconstructed to facilitate replacement with new pile/pile cap foundations
Additional new structural steel columns installed on pile/pile cap foundations
Original fatigued car park deck removed, and completely replaced with new RC deck, all laid to falls to receive asphalt surfacing
