At AD Bly the Board of Directors believe that Health and Safety should serve as equal importance to all aspects of the business and encourage worker involvement. Our most valuable asset is our staff and our top priority is to ensure their safety by continually raising awareness of health and safety throughout the business. We aim to protect employees by providing healthy and safe working conditions by minimising the risk of accident or injury to employees and sub-contractors, as well as members of the public that may be affected by our work.
To help achieve this the company has invested heavily in developing and training its staff at all levels to industry standards.
Our Integrated Management System is certified to OHSAS 18001. This management system provides the framework and procedures to help identify and control our Health & Safety risks, reduce the potential for accidents, aid legislative compliance and improve overall performance.
Our in-house safety team ensure that health & safety performance is maintained throughout our sites with regular safety inspections and audits.
