Project Scope: 1st phase enabling package, 2nd phase full ground works package.

AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 1 enabling package to include:

• AD Bly acting as Principal Contractor for the enabling package.
• Site set up, compound and welfare areas.
• Site clearance & tree protection
• Construction of a temporary S278 site Access & ingress from Norwich Road
• Construction of S30 adoptable footpath along the High Street West

AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 2 full ground works package to include:

• Earth Works
• Roads & sewers
• Excavation of balancing pond including downstream defender and associated headwalls and hydrobrakes.
• Mains services
• Haul road installation
• Oversites completion: Foundations, drainage & services, substructure construction including face brickwork, block & beam floors, concrete floors, scaffold mats drives and walk ways.
• External works: plot service connections, impermeable & permeable block paved areas, slabbing & topsoiling to all plots.
