Project Scope: 1st phase Enabling and Piling package, 2nd phase full ground works package.

AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 1 enabling package to include:

• AD Bly acting as Principal Contractor for the enabling package for pile mats
• Site set up, compound and welfare areas.
• Installation of Croudace car park and compund
• Installation of pile mat for Van-Elle piling company

AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 2 full ground works package to include:

• Earth Works
• Enabling for CFA Piling
• Roads & sewers including petrol Interceptor, installing pump chamber and pond
• Mains services in multi trench
• Oversites completion: Foundations, drainage & services, substructure construction including face brickwork, block & beam floors, concrete floors, scaffold mats drives and walk ways.
• External works: plot service connections, impermeable & permeable block paved areas, slabbing & topsoiling to all plots.
• Section 278 works inclusive of offsite drainage
• Retaining and Screen wall foundations
