• Site set up, compound and welfare areas
• GS6 HV Diversion works
• TPO Protection
• Cut & Fill works
• Roads & sewers
• Haul road installation for muck movement
• Oversites completion: Foundations, drainage & services, substructure construction including face brickwork, block & beam floors, concrete floors, scaffold mats drives and walk ways
• External works: plot service connections, block paving, slabbing & topsoiling to all plots

AD Bly Scope of works: Phase 2 infrastructure package to include:

• Site set up, compound & welfare areas along with perimeter fencing
• TPO Protection
• Cut & Fill works
