Construction of multi-story pre cast concrete car park
- Strip foundations with base plates
- Fast track programme working within live hospital car park
- Surface water drainage with oil separators
- 11m deep permanent sheet pile solution to retain access road
- Linear drainage channels, connected to existing live sewers
- Accommodating Client needs to maintain as much live car parking as possible for the normal functioning of hospital services
- Plane off and overlay new surface course to entire ground floor making use of existing material where ever possible saving the project both time and expense
