• Sheet pile retaining walls
• Cut and fill to site and retained areas of embankments
• Pile caps and ground beams
• Casting in anchor plates for steel frame
• Construction of large capacity substation
• Extensive SW drainage with large capacity Qmax channels and interceptors
• Construction of 5no. stair cores and 4no. lift shafts using Sika waterproof Concrete
• Importing and preparing stone subbases
• Tarmac surfacing works
• Using ground modelling to maintain existing levels to Value Engineer the volumes of materials to remove and import to site
• Ducting for external services and fire alarm systems
