NEW CONTRACT AWARD – WEMBLEY MANOR SECONDARY SEND SCHOOL

We are pleased to have been appointed by our client REDS10 to complete the ground works for their new School project in Wembley.
The project involves the construction of a new SEND School for Rise Partnership Trust.
Works commence in September 2024 with Practical Completion in August 2025.
The school is a modular build with all the specialist substructures, plinths and beams by AD Bly and the modular superstructure by REDS10
Our involvement consists of enabling works, pile caps, ground beams, SW & FW drainage,attenuation, BWIC services as well as hard and soft landscaping with a MUGA pitch
Project Value is £2.2m
