NEW CONTRACT AWARD – MANDELA WAY, BERMONDSEY

We are pleased to have been appointed by our client McLaren Construction to complete the ground works for their project in Bermondsey, London.
The project involves the construction of new multi-story logistics hubs by British Land, the 140,000 square foot building is placed on a 0.78-hectare site on Mandela Way.
Works commenced in June 2024 and are set to run through until February 2025
Our involvement consists of pile caps, ground-beams, RC walls, SW & FW drainage, BWIC services as well as hard and soft landscaping, all with a total value of £1.5m
